San Luis is a city found in Yuma County, Arizona on the southern border with the nation of Mexico. San Luis had a population of approximately fifteen thousand in the 2000 census, and a population of approximately twenty three thousand residents in 2006, making it the second fastest growing town or city in Arizona.
