About Marquette
The city of Marquette is located in the central region of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It is a major port on Lake Superior and is home to Northern Michigan University. Marquette is the largest community on the Upper Peninsula and is home to almost 21,000 people. Marquette is the city with abundant natural beauty and has been recognized as one of “America’s Most Livable Communities”.
