We have a big green yard, tons of flowers and bushes and a great vegetable garden, Atlantic ocean, tons of wildlife, clams, birds, the occasional harbor seal, fish, ducks, swans here and there, the Audubon visits my house 6 times during the year to survey the different ducks.

We have fires on the private beach almost every weekend.

Its not without its drama. Theres the occasional beach goer who gets stranded on the "jettie" at high tide a few hundred yards off the beach that needs to get rescued, either by us or the fire department. And the steady flow of foot traffic in the dead of summer. Like now.

We will have a full blown professional fireworks displays July 19th, (you are invited) the second week in July and the second week in August. The public beach, which we are not on, is a zoo. We are a good quarter mile from the chaos of the summer beach goers.

The winter is dead here. Other than the massive ocean storms that are entirely breathtaking. I cant sleep at all during them because something happens with me and the motion of the ocean that my adrenaline just spikes. Its awesome.

We have some seriously intense lightening storms and constant rainbows over the ocean. And the most incredible sunrises, and moon rises Ive ever seen in my life. We get full sun rising over the ocean dead in front of us, the entire inside of the house glows orange, and rising over the ocean at 9-10 pm, full blown "red moons" 4 times a month. It looks like the sun rising surrounded by total dark. We are amazed every time and Ive seen it 50 times already.

You can visit us at the fire. Or build your own. Or take a midnight dip. This is what we do.
