Our Estate... is set on 5.5 acres in Bucks County, PA. It is four miles to the center of Doylestown, PA and a 10 minute walk to Lake Galena. There is a four bedroom, two bath, three story stone house with original Keeping Room built in 1749, as well as a new 2,500 sq ft pool house sitting on top of a three bay garage, with one Queen bed, 1.5 baths, and 1.5 kitchens with 3 sub zeros and a gas Wolf range. The home is impeccably furnished and a damage deposit equal to one half the rental fee or $1,000, whichever is greater, is required. The rental fee and damage deposit are due in full at time of booking and there are no refunds unless the property is re-rented. We take cash or check. Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made. A maximum of eight people (including children) are allowed in the Main house, and two adults (no children allowed) in the Pool house.
