The reason I'm offering this deal is because I had to move from the area and therefore am responsible for finding a new tenant so that I don't have to pay rent at 2 homes next month. It will save us both money this way.

You will love living here. Not only are the neighbors super friendly, but everyone is pet-friendly and most animal companions are welcome, regardless of size. There's even a cute dog walking area within the gated community that has baggies for you to use to cleanup. There's plenty of parking in the gated area so your (and your visitors') cars will be safe. You can bring your potted plants and put them into the garden area or on your porch. There is lots of vegetation and the design of the building is artistic and clean. The lofts are so roomy and spacious that they are very feng shui. Management is quick with any needed repairs, and they do all they can to make you feel welcome (there's a cute halloween party planned if you move in soon :) I wish I still lived here, but I had to move out of the area for my kids, and the only way I can get out of my lease agreement is to find someone to take over the place. This is the only unit available in the complex currently, and it's a great deal. It is within bike riding distance of a trader joe's, walgreens, ikea, bart station, home depot, movie theatre, apple store, etc. and the emery-go-round offers free transportation to all these places and more.

This place will be so warm and cozy in the winter. Even in the winter, the previous tenants only spent $30 on electric and that is the only bill we are responsible for. This is a great place to live and I have been 100% happy with it. It's ready to move in anytime. Move-in costs first month's rent plus deposit of $1850. Additional deposit for animal companions and if you have a car, there's a small deposit for the clicker that lets you in the security gate.
