We have lived here for the last 3 and 1/2 years but have currently bought a new home and need to rent this home out as soon as we can. It is a good home and served as we need it to but it just got to small for us when we had our daughter. The stove is a gas stove and if other appliances is need i am sure that can be arranged. This is probably one of the cheapest houses around this town that you will find. Pets are allowed but only out side and with a $50 deposit. If they are wanted inside it will be $75 deposit. We will work with anyone as long as they are honest and don't beat around the bush.
