Landlord’s insurance will not cover Tenant’s possessions. Unless Landlord or Landlord’s agents have been grossly negligent, Landlord shall not be liable for injury or damage to Tenant, Tenant’s family, guests, agents, employees or goods and shall be held blameless in such circumstances.
