Deposit is required and refundable at the end of lease with any needed repairs or cleaning taken out. Monthly payment is due on the 1st. $30 late fee if I have not received monthly payment by the 5th. Would prefer 1 year lease, but will consider offers. Also the house is on the market for $78,000 and will also consider offers to purchase. I have moved to Nashville, TN and need to rent or sell it quickly. There is to be no parking of vehicles or recreation vehicles (boats, ATVs, etc.) in the yard. Lots of yard that must be maintained by the lesse. I will not tolerate lots of vehicles on the property at any point in time out of respect for the wonderful neighbors I have. The lesse is the only person who is allowed to occupy the residence, and therefore may not sublet, or share rent with another person.
