Stay in our sweet home in Northwest Denver (also called Berkeley or West Highland). Includes all utilities, wifi, basic cable and a hot tub and deck in the beautiful fenced back yard. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we have wonderful neighbors that will welcome you. The house is ideal for a gay or straight couple (possibly with one child) or a single professional. Live here while you decide where and when to buy. Also perfect for visiting professor types.

This house is our personal home, and we make it available for rental every year when we live in Mexico. All of our furnishings and many of our personal items will remain. You will have one space in the garage and room in all the closets and dressers/chests of drawers.

Includes all appliances, 2 televisions, dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, lamps, sheets, towels ~ everything!

You can put your things in storage and move right in and live here comfortably for six months.

• Lease Details: Lease would begin between 11/18/08 and 12/1/08, with a four month minimum. Six months would be preferable, and it is possible we could negotiate a month-to-month after that.

• Pet Policy Details: TWO CATS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. They are wonderful 8 year old indoor/outdoor cats who leave and arrive through their own door. We will be responsible for any costs they incur, and will not hold you responsible for injuries that are beyond your control. They are outdoor cats, after all. But we need you to love them and feed them and talk to them, and give them little handouts in the kitchen, as they really miss us when we're gone. They are especially fond of peanut butter and feta cheese!

It’s also 7 minutes from the Auraria colleges-Metro, CCD & UCD, and 5 minutes, or less, from Regis. It's also the closest you can get to the ski resorts for skiing, or Boulder, and still be in the City of Denver.
