Property Description

The room is located in an apartment on the first floor of the building. You will have your own room. Two other people live in the apartment, so the kitchen, bathroom (two sinks), and the utility bills will all be split three ways. The two currently living in the apartment are students who keep to themselves, never create a noise issue, and are very easy to communicate with. The Scoop: Sign a 5 month lease starting end of March/beginning of April. At the end of the lease (August 31). You have the option to continue living month to month, sign a year lease, or leave if you like. This arrangement provides a decent amount of flexibility and does not lock you into a year lease.
