• Lease Details: We have hotel rooms with small fridge and microwave and ensuite bathrooms available to rent long term. The rooms have TV, but no cable, just broadcast. Wi-fi is available. We have a public sitting room which has a tv with cable. Weekly housekeeping and linen change is included. Utilities and on site parking are included in the rent. We have an excellent location in the lowere Garden District, close to downtown, the convention center and the interstate.
