The apartment is a three level town home with a large bedroom, fireplace (in bedroom), walk-in closet, washer and dryer in the unit, cherry finish and dark aplliances in the kitchen, balcony, 24 hour gym and pool access and located across the street from a gas station, grocery store, restaurants, Target and coffee shop! The best part is that the 101 loop is one block away!!! The place is not furnished, however I have a queen sized bed that I am willing to leave with the apartment ($500 value)! Move-in date is May 15th, therefore the first month rent is pro-rated to $400 and no deposit is required!!!.
