I have a new barn with box stalls, wooden fencing, large 80'x200' outdoor arena, 42'x125' indoor arena, round pen and there is an equestrian trail in a county park within a mile! I also have trails through the woods on my property for walking or cooling out your horse. Trailer parking space available. Price of on-site apartment does not include the price of horse boarding. Regular credit check is required and security deposit for apartment and possible horse(s). Ideally, someone who shares the same discipline (dressage) would be a great fit! Training and lessons available on-site.
