• Lease Details: A 6-month minimum rental is required on this unit and is fully furnished with central Heat/AC, and including electric* and water.
  Should you have your own furniture and wish to stay a minimum of 9 months or more, we will deduct $150.00 per month off rental price and you would not be charged for the last 3 months of a 12-month period should you decide to stay elsewhere, such as other home during summer months.
  
  *--Electric is capped at $150.00 per month--charges above that this monthly amount will be charged to the tenant.
