The Guest House at River Estate is an exceptionally private and casually elegant vacation rental on Kauai's spectacular North Shore located within River Estate which is a gated riverfront botanical garden between Hanalei and the northwest end of the road a block upriver from Wainiha Beach. River Estate is a well established vacation property centrally located in the most magical part of Kauai, the North Shore area. You know what they say...Location, Location, Location. In fact it's uniqueness is so special that River Estate was included in the February 2006 issue of National Geographic Magazine's as it's recommendation for where to stay on Kauai on it's map of the Hawaiian islands in which it described specific places and activities for travelers on each island as well as being listed in Fodor's and Lonely Planet Guides. We're very proud of that. Sure there are plenty of Kauai vacation rentals that offer privacy but none offer that privacy in such a centrally located position on the north shore of Kauai so close to the beach. We're located in one of the last truly unspoiled areas in all of Hawaii in which there has been and will not be any resort development. You'll enjoy complete privacy in one of the most uniquely situated spots on the island yet just outside the property are the beaches and activities North Kauai is noted for. Our tropical botanical gardens provide a truly magnificent setting in which you can totally unwind and relax with exotic flowers, fruit trees and exotic specimens of Hawaiian fauna. As you enter the gates a whole new world will open up in front of you. This is a magical paradise where you can detach from it all and relax in comfort and privacy yet be near all the attractions and activities the north shore of Kauai is noted for. The Guest House truly lives up to it's reputation and it is a place where you'll let go of all your stress, forget everything and enjoy some of life's most valued treasures....peace, tranquility and the exquisite privacy of our jungle paradise.

Lease Information

• Lease Details: Our base rate for the Guest House is $250 a night for two people for all dates but Christmas and Thanksgiving which are $275. For each additional guest there is a $25 per person per night charge added to the base rate. Please add 11.416% tax and an out cleaning fee of $125 for 2 and $150 more than 2 people. Deposit is half the total upon booking and there is a $350 security deposit which is refunded after you leave minus any damages. Sorry no children under the age of 12 please.
