• Pet Policy Details: Cats are welcome at Parkview Manor Apartments. The tenant must abide by the terms and conditions of the pet agreement addendum. This must be signed and kept in the resident file. There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee in order to have a small cat in the suite. An ongoing monthly non-refundable fee of $20.00 per pet will be charged on the date that monthly rent payments are due.
  
  However, all properties allow service or assistance animals for medically qualified, disabled persons. (Owners of service/assistance animals are not required to pay additional fees or sign a pet addendum).
