• Lease Details: You will be required to complete an application to rent the house and the application fee of $100.00 is non-refundable. The first Lease agreement will be signed for 6 months and then possibly in one year increments after that. I will not tolerate any late night phone calls from the neighbors and will result in a visit and one verbal warning. The second will be a notice of eviction. Return of deposit will be based on how much damage is done to the property.
  
  Once you are in the house all utilities will need to be turned on in your name and kept on any shut off notices will result in me taking over the utilities and the rent will go up.
