About Woodstock

Woodstock, Connecticut, is a town of just over 7,000 located in the northeastern part of the state. Though the town is small in population, it is large in area, and is the second largest town in the state in terms of acreage and is about two or three times larger than the average town in the state. The town is part of the Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley Natural Heritage Corridor and it has been called "the Last Green Valley" in the Boston-to-Washington corridor because of the large amount of green space here.
