About Griffin
With a population of nearly 24,000, Griffin, Georgia, is a mid-sized town known as "The Iris City" located about an hour south of Atlanta in the central region of the state. The town is a classic historic Southern town that was once home to Western legend Doc Holliday. The town might also be familiar to some, as it has been featured in several movies, including "Driving Miss Daisy."
