Situated in southeastern Idaho about an hour south of Idaho Falls and about two and a half hours due north of Salt Lake City, Pocatello, Idaho, is a city of over 50,000 residents. The city lies just east of American Falls Reservoir and is the county seat and largest city of Bannock County, with a small part of the city on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation in neighboring Power County.
