About 20 miles just southwest of Indianapolis, and just to the south of the Indianapolis International Airport, Mooresville, Indiana, is a suburb of the capital city that nearly 10,000 Hoosiers call home in Morgan County. The town lies in the delta of the east and west forks of White Lick Creek, and was founded in 1824 by Samuel Moore, a Quaker from North Carolina and the town’s namesake. Those in search of a house for rent or an apartment for rent will find options aplenty, from large apartment rental complexes to small single-family homes and more. A number of golf courses are sprinkled throughout the town, so residents can perfect their game at The Links at Heartland Crossing, Eagle Pines Golf Course and Friendswood Golf Course. A public pool and five city-run parks also provide recreational areas where residents can enjoy the outdoors. St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers will provide medical services to those in search of a house for rent or an apartment for rent here. Schools include three elementary schools, a middle school and Mooresville High School in the public school system, and Mooresville Christian School, a K-* school with more than 250 students.
