Nestled in the eastern part of the state, about 30 miles east of Muncie and 70 miles northwest of Dayton, Ohio, Winchester, Indiana, is home to just over 5,000 residents. Part of Randolph County, Winchester is the home of several manufacturing plants including Anchor Glass Container Corp., Tomasco Indiana and OMCO, where a number of residents are employed.
