Lake Elmo is a relatively small community found in the southeastern portion of the state of Minnesota. Lake Elmo has a population of approximately six thousand nine hundred residents, and is considered a part of Washington County. Lake Elmo is unique inasmuch that while the community is generally rural, it is expected to grow drastically in the next two decades.
