Located in Forsyth County, the charming village of Clemmons has a population of about 14,000 residents and is a suburb of Winston-Salem. The village is located only 10 miles southwest of Winston-Salem, a city with a population of approximately 210,000. Due to the village’s location near Winston-Salem, Clemmons has grown significantly in the past years. The village was officially founded in 1802 by a man named Peter Clemmons, and it was incorporated in 1986. Two of the most popular attractions in Clemmons are Tanglewood Park and Tanglewood Park Arboretum and Rose Garden. The village provides many great recreational services for all of its residents, including fun summer camps for children, and Southwest Forsyth Little League, the Forsyth County Broncos Pop Warner Football, Cheerleading programs, and much more. Many of these activities are available at Clemmons’s various recreational facilities. Clemmons is a charming village that is an excellent place for anyone to live in.
