About Oberlin
A journey 35 miles southwest of downtown Cleveland on Route 20 will lead to the Lorain County city of Oberlin. With just over 8,000 residents, the city of Oberlin was founded in 1833 by two Christian ministers. The Federal Aviation Administration’s Cleveland Air Route Traffic Control Center is Oberlin’s largest employer with most other residents commuting into Cleveland for work.
