About Huntingdon

Almost halfway between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, Huntingdon is situated at the intersection of Route 22 and Highway 26 about 100 miles from either city. Located along the Juniata River, Huntingdon has developed itself into a hub for agricultural and fruit-growing in the region although lucrative forests and deposits of iron, coal, fire clay, and limestone exist on the outskirts of the town.
