Situated in the north-eastern part of the state, about 120 miles southeast of Salt Lake City and 75 miles from Provo, the town of Price, Utah, is home to 8,000 residents and is the county seat and largest town in Carbon County. Price is best known as the home of the College of Eastern Utah, and its famous College of Eastern Utah Prehistoric Museum.
