Triangle is a small town with a population of about 5,500. The town is bordered by Quantico in the south and Dumfries in the north. Triangle is part of the Prince William County. Located only 30 miles from Washington D.C., the area Prince William County was first discovered by Captain John Smith. The county is known for its historical attractions, athletics, shopping, and beautiful natural landscapes. Prince William County is also where the first major battle of the American Civil War took place, and the history of it is preserved at the Manassas National Battlefield Park. The internationally renowned National Museum of the Marine Corps. is also located here.
